We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in personal injury matters, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence claims.

Manage case files from inception through resolution.

Conduct client intake and maintain regular communication with clients.

Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, discovery requests/responses, motions, and settlement demands.

Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.

Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court hearings.

Monitor deadlines and manage case calendars.

Support trial preparation, including witness lists, trial exhibits, and trial binders.

Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
