Preferred Counsel has been retained to locate a junior level legal assistant with exposure to basic entity formation, corporate governance documents, secretary of state filings, and related corporate work. This is an entry level role with tremendous room for growth. It is direct hire and in a supportive environment that will provide mentorship and instruction.
